The publication schedule of BESLI comprises one volume with two issues each year on the regular basis.

** The issue is dedicated to research results of graduate students, in particular of the Ukrainian-American Concordia University.
Manuscripts of articles are accepted on a regular basis and are published in the next issue available. Upon submission, it may take up to three months for you article to be accepted for publication. Once accepted, the article is assigned to the next available issue for publication.
Stages of the submission and production process include:
- Editorial processing
- Initial examination and editorial review of the submitted manuscript– up to two weeks
- Selecting peer reviewers and sending the manuscript out for peer review – up to two weeks
- Peer review and waiting for reviewers’ comments; the author’s editing of the initial manuscript following the reviewers’ comments – from 2-4 weeks
- Holding a meeting of the editorial board and rendering an editorial decision – from 2-3 weeks
- Acceptance of article to publication
Signing author agreements and statements (License Agreement and Declaration of Non-conflict of Interest); layout editing and proofreading; compiling and laying out the issue – no later than one month before the planned publication date
- Approval of the issue for publication
Holding meetings of the Academic Councils/Senates of the BESLI co-founders, recommending and approving the issue for publication – within three to two weeks before the scheduled release date
- Publication
Transfer of the journal to the printing house; pre-press production processes (layout and typesetting, proof review, pre-press approval, and indexing); creating a press-ready file; and printing – within a month from the planned release date
- Posting the current issue on the journal's website – within a month from the date of receipt from the printing house
