Copyright and Licensing

The author(s) are the holders of the copyright without restrictions. They allow the publisher to publish their manuscript as a primary article. All the published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits freely copying and redistributing the material. The journal allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles, and use them for any other lawful purpose.

Authors are permitted to post their final PDF-files provided by the journal BESLI on their personal or institutional websites and transfer, if necessary, these files into archives.

Author agreement:

The relations between the journal and authors are regulated by the License Agreement. The author (authors) of the manuscript (the licensor) and the Editor-in-Chief of the journal (licensee) sign the License Agreement, which states that the former grants the latter free use of the written work (of a scientific nature) and determines the conditions of its use.

Conflict of interest:

The responsibilities of the authors on the correctness and originality of the information, absence of any conflict of interest are stated in the Declaration of Non-conflict of Interest. The editorial board provides for the receipt of information from the author(s) about the absence of any conflicts of interest. In case of any possible conflict of interests, which could affect the interpretation of results and the judgement of reviewers, the author(s) should make a statement about it. The author(s) bear the responsibility for pointing of potential conflicts of interests, which can influence on a decision about the publication of their paper.
